How we keep you organised
Every student gets a personal checklist.
Applications often go wrong because of small things: a missing stamp, a name spelled differently on two documents, a translation that arrives too late.
We list every requirement for your universities, scholarship and visa, and track each one until it is ready. You always know what is done, what needs fixing and what comes next.
Every requirement listed by name, with clear instructions
A status on each item, so you always know what is done and what is next

Frequently asked questions
About admissions, scholarships and working with us.
What does Avenora do?
We help students apply to universities and scholarships abroad. We help you choose programmes, prepare and check your documents, submit applications, and get ready for your visa. We start with public universities and regional scholarships in Italy.
When should I start my application for Italy?
Ideally six to nine months before your intended intake. Many Italian universities open applications in the autumn or winter for the following September, and some deadlines are early in the year. Credential recognition, translations and scholarship documents can take several weeks, so starting early matters.
What is the DSU scholarship in Italy?
DSU (Diritto allo Studio Universitario) is a regional, income-based scholarship. Depending on the region and your family's income and assets, it can include a tuition fee waiver, a cash grant, and help with accommodation and meals. Rules, amounts and deadlines differ by region and change each year.
What documents do I need to get started?
For a first assessment, your passport bio page, your latest transcripts and certificates (or a provisional letter), and a CV are usually enough. Translations and legalisations are only needed once your programme choices are confirmed.
Can you guarantee admission or a scholarship?
No. Universities and scholarship offices make their own decisions. What we can do is make sure your applications are complete, accurate and on time, and give you an honest view of your chances before you apply.
How much do your services cost?
Our full Italy package is 155,000 ETB, paid in five stages as your application moves forward: 5,000 ETB registration, 30,000 ETB when we start your applications, 30,000 ETB only if a university admits you, 40,000 ETB when your pre-enrollment summary is validated, and 50,000 ETB for visa support, refunded in full if your visa is refused. See the Fees page for details.
What do I get for the 5,000 ETB registration fee?
Your Italy Plan, written by an Avenora advisor after reviewing your grades and documents: the universities and English-taught programs that fit you, merit scholarships you can apply for, every deadline and how to apply yourself, what each stage costs, how to fill each form (university portals and Universitaly), how to apply for DSU and other government scholarships, and how to find accommodation quickly.
How long until I get my Italy Plan?
We confirm your receipt within 1 working day. Once your documents are uploaded and sent, your plan arrives within 5 working days, and your dashboard shows the date. If a section is missing or wrong, we fix it free within 2 working days.
Can I stop after the 5,000 ETB plan?
Yes. The plan is yours to keep, and it is written so you can apply on your own. If you want us to prepare and submit your applications, you can continue to the 30,000 ETB admission stage at any time. There is no obligation.
What if no university admits me?
You pay only the registration and admission starter fees (35,000 ETB in total). The university acceptance, pre-enrollment and visa support fees are never charged.
Do I need to come to your office?
No. You can do everything from your phone: create an account, upload photos of your documents and receipts, and message our team. You're welcome to visit us by appointment if you prefer.
