Who we are

Avenora Global Education (“Avenora”, “we”) provides study abroad admissions and scholarship guidance. This policy explains what personal information we handle and why.

Your student account

When you create an account we keep your name, phone number, city, address, email and password (stored securely, never readable by our staff). In your dashboard you upload documents and payment receipts and exchange messages with our advisors. Only you and authorised Avenora staff can see them.

We send you emails about your own application: payment confirmations, your plan being ready, messages from your advisor and requests to change a document. These are part of the service and are not marketing.

Cookies

We use only cookies the site needs to work, and no advertising or analytics cookies: a sign-in cookie for your account, a language cookie that remembers English or Amharic, and, if you arrived through a partner's link, a cookie that remembers that link's code for 30 days so we know where sign-ups come from.

When you contact us

If you contact us by WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share. Those messages are also handled by the provider of the service you use, under their own privacy terms.

Sharing your documents

We share your documents only with the universities, scholarship offices and other bodies involved in your application, and only for that application.

How long we keep information

We keep your account and files for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Withdraw your consent to us contacting you

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
